Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Hiring Specialist to join our team. As an HR Hiring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions

• Experience in handling Payroll & preparation of all challans (ESI, PF, PT, LWF) & reports. Organize and maintain personnel records.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to actively source and engage potential candidates

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels

• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates

• Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection processes

• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as necessary

Requirements:
